1702ai wins in Tel Aviv

Tel Aviv, June 16th 2019

On May 29th, the City of Raanana located in the northern district of Tel Aviv, awarded 1702ai for winning the Raanana’s business department innovation and technology startup competition. During the months of April and May, the municipality screened more than one hundred startups in the cyber, hospitality and smart city sector. During the event which was held at the municipality’s business center, a jury led by 6 accredited investors were presented the final four startups.

Led by Tel Aviv based Remagine Ventures, the Jury awarded 1702ai for first place due to their unique machine learning technologies and existing customer traction.

Together with the municipality of Raanana, 1702ai intends to deliver a fully automated threat detection solution for physical security as a PoC (Proof of Concept) using already installed CCTV cameras to provide threat detection and situation awareness to emergency services.
